Information you choose to share

If you email us or book a call, we receive the contact and business information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, sourcing requirements and meeting details. We use it to respond, arrange the call, assess the engagement and provide services you request. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through marketing or booking fields.

Hosting and performance

Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect it. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights may measure page visits, device and browser characteristics, and loading or interaction performance when enabled. These services help us understand site usage and fix performance problems. See Vercel’s privacy policy and its Web Analytics privacy information.

Marketing analytics

When configured, we use PostHog to measure a limited set of interactions: call-to-action clicks, calendar openings, supported booking confirmations, talent-lane views, case-study or proof openings, video plays and FAQ openings. Related properties may identify the page section, offer interest, creator lane, brand, engagement type or allowed campaign tags.

Our integration does not send calendar contents, booking answers, form inputs, request bodies or headers to PostHog. It filters event properties, disables automatic interaction capture and session replay, and uses memory-only analytics persistence. PostHog tracking is skipped when its configuration is absent or the browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Allowed UTM campaign tags may be kept in your browser’s session storage to preserve attribution during your visit and forwarded with a booking link. They are not a place to submit personal information. You can clear browser storage or close the browsing session to remove session attribution.

Booking through Cal.com

Booking is provided by Cal.com. Its embedded calendar loads only after you choose to open it; you can also use the normal booking link. When you interact with Cal.com, it processes the details you submit and technical information under Cal.com’s privacy policy. GigMax receives the booking details needed to arrange your call. Allowed campaign tags and the location of the booking button may accompany the link.

A booking-button click is measured separately from a completed booking. When a supported calendar confirmation is received, our website analytics records a completion event without the booking’s form contents.

Service providers and information handling

Information is shared with the providers needed to host this site, measure its operation, arrange bookings and handle communications. Their systems may process information in countries other than your own. We use information for the purposes described here and for necessary business administration, security and legal obligations.

Retention varies by the type of information, the service involved and the requirements of an engagement. Contact us with a question about a particular record or to request access, correction or deletion. We will assess and respond to your request under the requirements that apply to it.
