The person behind GigMax
I’m Raza. I’ve spent more than ten years creating content and running creator programs.
That experience helps me look beyond a strong portfolio. Does this person understand your app? Communicate well on camera? Have the time to do the work?
That’s the judgment I bring to sourcing your creators.

Every creator matches your approved brief, has had their work and camera ability reviewed, and has completed a live screen or structured one-minute audition. Their availability, posting or production schedule, compensation and relevant usage terms are confirmed in writing. Your team has approved them, and they have signed your agreement and accepted the onboarding timeline. You receive profile links, work samples, screening notes, rate, availability, strengths and any known concerns. Applications and unsigned shortlists do not count toward your 20–100 creators.
It starts once we have an approved brief, your target audience and U.S. creator requirements, compensation range, workload, usage needs, agreement or onboarding terms, and a designated approver who can respond within one business day. The clock pauses if your team delays approvals, materially changes the brief or lowers compensation below the agreed sourcing range. We confirm the scope before work begins.
Canvas creators run dedicated or new brand-themed social accounts and publish ongoing content. Classic creators deliver video assets for your team to publish or use in ads. You can hire one type or a mix. Canvas account ownership, access, posting expectations and disclosures are defined in the creator agreement. Classic usage channels, duration, paid use and other permissions are agreed with each creator; perpetual rights are not automatic.
For 45 days after handoff, GigMax will replace a creator who withdraws before beginning, ghosts during onboarding, misses the first agreed deadline without a documented reason, or materially misrepresented their qualifications or availability. One replacement is available per affected seat, capped at 50% of the purchased roster. Client-caused changes to compensation, workload, geography or scope are excluded. This is replacement support, not a promise of long-term retention or content performance.
We handle the sourcing brief, recruiting, outreach, follow-up, portfolio review, live screens or auditions, communication and reliability screening, term alignment, your approval process, agreement acceptance and a documented handoff. One onboarding call and 45-day replacement protection are included. Your business pays creators directly. Creator compensation, products, shipping, software, paid usage and whitelisting fees, and media spend are separate. GigMax does not provide tax filing or legal advice as part of sourcing.
Your team runs the day-to-day program, including briefs, feedback, approvals and creator payments. The sourcing fee does not include ongoing management, content production, editing or unlimited creative strategy. Selective advisory and program buildouts are available separately. Advisory can include program audits, sourcing guidance, compensation and workflows, weekly calls and async troubleshooting. Buildouts can include briefing, feedback, tracking, compensation, onboarding and operating playbooks, then a handoff to your team.
GigMax is built for tech startups and consumer apps that need 20–100 U.S.-based creators and have someone ready to run the program. You’ll need a defined audience, an appropriate creator budget and the ability to approve creators promptly. We quote each project based on creator count, type, niche, schedule, compensation range, audition needs and usage requirements. Creator pay and other program costs are separate. We source U.S.-based creators only.
No. We deliver screened, approved and signed creators. Views, virality, conversions and revenue depend on the creative, your product, distribution and how the program is run. Past results describe specific engagements and are not promised outcomes.
